“America’s Leadership Authority” Dr. Derrick Noble has been transforming and inspiring audiences and organizations for over 20 years. Renowned for his dynamic speaking style and impactful insights, Dr. Noble’s expertise has shaped leaders across government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, colleges/universities, and nonprofit organizations.
Throughout his youth, Noble endured years of speech therapy for a severe stutter and speech impediment. Once quoted as stating he was “the least likely person to be a professional speaker,” Dr. Noble has since gone on to become an award winning keynote speaker, two-time TEDx speaker, speech coach, and trainer. He now famously quips “At first, I couldn’t talk, and now they can’t shut me up!”

In 2020, Noble was one of only 12 entrepreneurs admitted into the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious Business Evolution Program – an intense 12-month program in which he was personally mentored by some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the city. In 2021, he was featured in the Los Angeles Business Journal as an influential African American business leader. Also, he has served as the featured Leadership Expertfor BizTV, a national broadcast network for entrepreneurs and business owners.
After many years of having his clients ask “When are you going to put some of your material in book form?” Noble released his highly anticipated first book, Leadership Launch: Essential Skills for New Leaders. It quickly became an international best seller, and was designated as the #1 new business book worldwide within its first two weeks of availability. The book includes a foreword by Civil Rights hero Dr. Melba Pattillo Beals, a member of the Little Rock Nine, a group of African-American students who were the first to integrate Little Rock Central High School.
Noble has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English - with a double minor in Speech Communication and Psychology - from Angelo State University (1994), a Master of Divinity degree from Morehouse School of Religion (1997 Class Valedictorian), a Doctor of Ministry degree from Ashland Theological Seminary (2008 Class Valedictorian), and completed Ph.D. coursework in Educational Curriculum at Emory University.
Believe it or not, Noble does occasionally have free time! He is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Clippers, Lakers and Dodgers; a lover of classic jazz (particularly John Coltrane, Art Tatum, Louis Armstrong, and Miles Davis), and also plays the valve trombone and baritone horn himself. He is also the host of a weekly jazz radio program - "The Noble Note" - which airs every Friday morning from 10:00 until Noon on KABF 88.3 FM. In addition, he is an ardent golfer (not a great one), enjoys watching classic martial arts movies, and absolutely loves sweet potato pie.

Dr. Derrick Noble has been helping business leaders, church leaders, and churches take their leadership and communication skills to the next level of excellence for more than two decades. His passion has led him to support those from all walks of life to become more influential leaders and more confident communicators.
He was featured as one of the nation’s Top 20 Young Black preachers in The African American Pulpit Magazine alongside renowned pulpiteers such as Drs. John Adolph, Marcus Cosby, Otis Moss, III, Howard-John Wesley, and others. Additionally, Noble has won numerous awards as a church growth specialist.

Our service includes a phone call OR a Zoom call - a FREE consultation - where we will explore your goals and issues, as well as how we might work best together. From there, we will either engage virtually OR in person (or a hybrid of both)
for coaching, corporate training, consulting, and/or
keynote speaking.
